We had the second of two family Christmases yesterday so today was recovery day, IE Pajama Day. I spent part of the day cleaning from the second Christmas, but then just played in my sewing room. I trimmed up the storm at sea and figured out that yes, I do have to buy fabric for the binding, so I took care of that. Then I pulled out some fat quarters and old binding samples I’ve had forever, and made a couple of Humbug Bags. I made a bunch of these years ago but my zipper skills have gotten a little rusty so the first couple are a little rough. I’ve got more lined up to go, plus other types of zippered bags.
Great way to off some fat quarters!
